Tree Condition Surveys

Under the Occupiers Liability Acts (1957 and 1984) an occupier of premises owes a duty to another in respect of a risk, the duty is to take such care as is reasonable in all the circumstances to see that they do not suffer injury on the premises by reason of the danger concerned.

We can undertake a site or individual condition survey which is essential in demonstrating that the occupier has taken reasonable steps to fulfil this duty of care.
